Brewing Guide for Pu'er from Tea Cake

Open a package of our Shou or Sheng Pu'er and experience a tradition that goes back to the birth of Chinese Tea Ceremony.
Here we use a gaiwan to brew. Try it with a tea ball, tea bag or let it steep in another mug. It can be as simple or as ceremonial as you want it to be.
